Are your diamonds conflict free?

Yes. All of our Diamonds are sourced from ethical sources.

Are you an Australian Company?

Yes, we are an Australian owned and based company, located in Sydney.

What is your Warranty Policy?

All our Jewellery pieces come with a lifetime warranty on Manufacturers faults, as we are that confidant in the quality of our works.

Do your Diamonds come with a Diamond Report?

Yes. Our preference is to provide you with GIA certified Diamonds for peace of mind, however we do understand that there are a range of factors involved in choosing your Diamond, and can offer you a range of Internationally Certified Diamonds and an Authentication/Valuation service also.

Do you have a store where items can be viewed in person?

Yes, we currently have 2 Physical stores where you can visit and see an item of interest in person. Please call beforehand, so we can make sure the item is located in the correct store for your viewing. Purchases online can not be picked up in store for security reasons unless prior arrangements have been made. Please contact us to enquire further.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Paypal, All Major Credit Cards, and Direct Debit.

Do you provide a Jewellery cleaning service?

We provide a complementary Jewellery Cleaning service to all customers returning customers. Items purchased from our selected Diamond range also qualify for their first Polish and Clean service, for absolutely no extra charge.

Can I design my own Jewellery?

Absolutely! Here at the Diamond & Gold Store, We specialise in Custom Jewellery pieces that have been made, specially for you.
